UNDERSTAND THE POSSIBILITIES

What could we
talk about?

Describe your general scenario or select the documentation you expect to use. This educational guide suggests topics for a conversation, not a loan decision.

Find a starting point

Write “ITIN” only, not the number. No names, account numbers, income amounts or confidential details.

Predefined educational guidance. No AI, credit evaluation or eligibility determination. Your selections are saved with your inquiry only if you choose to contact Elaine. The optional description is not submitted.

Start with what you know.

You don’t need to choose a loan today. Select your general scenario, then see which topics may be useful to discuss.

For example: self-employment and bank statements may lead to a conversation about bank-statement financing, while an investment rental property may lead to a DSCR discussion.

Please keep personal documents and account information out of this website.

BEFORE WE CONNECT

A few good questions.

Is this a mortgage application?

No. The short form is an initial inquiry for a conversation. It does not obtain a credit report or guarantee approval.

Can I ask about self-employed or investor financing?

Yes. Select the option that matches your interest. Elaine can discuss potential programs, including bank statement, Non-QM and DSCR scenarios, subject to eligibility and lender guidelines.

Can I inquire about a property outside Florida?

Include the property state when you contact Elaine. The location, loan type and applicable company and individual licensing must be reviewed before mortgage services can be offered. Availability varies; this website does not promise lending in every state.

Should I send financial documents?

Please don’t send documents, Social Security numbers or bank account details through this website. If you move forward, you’ll receive instructions for the appropriate secure process.
